Cost against capability
For a UAE SME under a few hundred entries a month, nothing in its price bracket does more. Multi-currency, recurring invoicing, client portal, project time, inventory at the higher plans.
It sits inside a suite
If you already run Zoho CRM, Inventory or People, the data moves between them without an integration bill. That is the single biggest reason our clients stay on it.
Automation that survives an audit
Bank feeds, rules-based categorisation and recurring entries, with a full audit trail underneath. The trail matters more than the automation when the FTA asks.
And where it is not. It is not the right answer for heavy manufacturing costing, complex consolidation across many entities, or a business running thousands of stock SKUs with landed-cost allocation. We say so before you buy it, not after.

Implementation
Chart of accounts built for UAE reporting and the corporate tax return, VAT settings and tax rates configured against your actual supply types, opening balances reconciled to your last signed accounts.
Migration
From Excel, Tally, QuickBooks, Xero or an abandoned file. Historic data mapped and reconciled, not dumped — a migration that does not tie back to the prior year is worse than starting fresh.
Training
Your team, on your file, on the transactions they actually process. Recorded, so the next hire does not need the session repeated.
Ongoing bookkeeping
We run the file monthly under any of our packages, or review what your in-house accountant has posted.
A free health check on the file you already have
We built an internal tool that reads a Zoho Books file and reports where the data is wrong — VAT treatment, duplicates, unreconciled balances, posting and classification errors, gaps in the audit trail. The first review is free and you get the findings whether or not you engage us.

What does being a Zoho Books partner actually mean for me?
Practically: we configure it every week, so the UAE-specific decisions — tax rates against supply type, the chart of accounts that makes a corporate tax return straightforward, how to handle reverse charge and designated zone supplies — are settled rather than researched. It does not mean a discount on your licence, and anyone implying otherwise is selling you something.
Can you take over a Zoho Books file someone else set up?
Regularly, and it is the most common way we start. We run the free health check first so both of us know what we are inheriting, then quote the corrections separately from the monthly fee. You see the list of problems before you commit to fixing them.
Do I buy the licence from you or from Zoho?
Either. Buying direct is fine and we will still implement and support it. Our fee is for the implementation and the bookkeeping, and it is the same figure either way — we do not price the work differently depending on where the subscription sits.
Is Zoho Books enough for UAE corporate tax?
The software records the data; it does not determine your tax position. Set up properly it produces a trial balance and supporting schedules a return can be built from without rework. The adjustments, elections and disclosures are judgement, and that is the part we do.
